Information security and reliable maintenance
Applications are hosted in Microsoft Azure, with a separate environment for each customer. All application data, including email traffic and messages, is processed within the EEA. Timeworks information security is regularly assessed by independent experts. Mercantus develops its information security management in accordance with the ISO 27001 standard.
Backups and data recovery
Continuous backups support service reliability. Data can be restored from backups when necessary.
Personal data management and anonymization
Timeworks supports the processing of personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The personal data of people making bookings can be anonymized, and role-based permissions restrict access to information.
